Traditional lavaash is a large, thin sheet of bread dough baked on the clay walls of a tanoor. Unfortunately, I don’t own a clay oven so I’m sharing a lavaash recipe made on the stovetop. I cook mine on a cast iron skillet, but any frying pan will work. The dough is ready in twenty minutes and the thin bread cooks in seconds.
